The money I have received from CAN Fund #150Women will help me pay for hotels, entry fees, and food at competitions. This money will help me ease the financial strain that fencing has put on my life and help me chase my dreams.

What is the biggest hurdle you have overcome to get to where you are today?
My biggest hurdle to date was the death of my coach in 2011. He was a major reason I fell in love with fencing and it took a long time to find the strength to love fencing without him.

How did you get involved in your sport?
