What are your words to live by or your motto?
Make it happen

Who is one person who has significantly impacted your life/journey?
My mom Sharon has been extremely inspiring to me, she was a rower in high school and competed with her twin sister Sheila.

Share 3 words that describe who that person is to you.
Passion
Sacrifice
Commitment

What is your favourite thing about being on the road with your teammates?
How focused we can be on our competition, there is no better feeling than walking up to a race venue knowing you have done all of the work and are ready to perform.

Best advice you have received? Focus on the stroke you are on, not the one before or after.
