Similar to many other Canadian athletes there is a financial struggle of competing and representing Canada. However, I started competing in skeleton at a later age and have had to be resilient through multiple injuries and other sport related issues.

Being a CAN Fund recipient will allow me to compete this year. With certain funding cuts and other financial difficulties many people have faced in 2020, this will help cover travel and competition expenses.
