Share one valuable tool that you use on a daily basis that helps you to be the best athlete you can be: I’m am easily inspired and moved by music so my IPOD gives me energy when I need it and helps me relax when I don’t.
Who is one person in your life that has impacted your career and what was it that they taught you: A past coach of mine, Paul Wirtz, who passed away in 2006 made me into the athlete I am today. He taught me how to become a consistent competitor.
