How you got involved in your sport: Through school, my teacher encouraged me to join club track and field. I made the it to the Royal Canadian Legion Championships and I knew from there I wanted to be an Olympian
The moment you knew you wanted to represent Canada: After watching my friend Trevor Snyder compete and tell stories of competing for Canada I knew I wanted to be a part of representing my country.
