How you got involved in your sport: My brother was a bowhunter and I joined him at the range and slowly got into competition.
The moment you knew you wanted to represent Canada: After a terrific performance at the 2003 Canada Winter Games
CAN Fund Testimonial: As a previous recipient, I know the importance of this funding. The CAN Fund is a little extra boost of support which goes a very long way. I will now likely be able to afford trips down to the USA to train with my coach, which is one of the most important things for me.
Best Result: 2011 Senior World Championships 5th place, shooting a Canadian Record, landmark score of 1350 in ranking and the 2010 Commonwealth Games (Silver Medal).

Who is one person in your life that has impacted your career and what was it that they taught you: I cannot narrow it down to one person, I have had such an incredible support team of family and friends that it wouldn’t be fair to say just one person. All of them have been incredible
