How many hours do you workout/train/compete on average each day and how many days per week? Usually I train 4-5 hours per day 6 days per week. Occasionally I have 2 trainings per day which can add up to 7 hours of training in a day.
Who is one person who has significantly impacted your life/journey?
My coach Stefka Moutafchieva has significantly impacted my journey. Stefka has been my coach for 12 years as of 2019, she has become like family. She has made me into the athlete I am today and I’m forever grateful for having her as my coach over the course of my career.

Hard work really does pay off, you just need to know what you’re working for.
What are your hobbies?
When I’m not in the gym I like to draw, bake and listen to music.
Who is your hero and why?
Alexandra Orlando- she’s had a successful career as a rhythmic gymnast and is one of the strongest people I know. She always says the right thing and wants the best for other people.
