What do you value most in your friends?

Remember to have fun

When was the moment you knew you wanted to represent Canada?
I watched 1998 Winter Olympics with my family, and I remember the athletes had a massive Canadian flag at the closing ceremonies… I think a photo from the newspaper got stuck in my head, and made me want to be a part of something so unifying. When I saw that Canadian flag unfurled, a seed was planted.

What is your pre-game/pre-competition meal?
Espresso + A local treat or almond butter/raspberry jam on toast
