How does being a CAN Fund recipient make a difference for you?
For me, it allows me to not focus on the financial stresses that come with being a student athlete at Vancouver and focus on performing in the pool every day. It also allows me to make healthier decisions around food and nutrition, even if they may be more expensive

Emily Overholt

She is my best friend and we’ve done so many things and been through so much together. We both have been on multiple Canadian National Teams together.

Train 6 days a week for a total of 25 hours
