How many hours do you workout/train/compete on average each day and how many days per week?
2-3 workouts a day. Translates into 5-7 hours a day of training 6 days a week.
When was the moment you knew you wanted to represent Canada?
I have always wanted to represent Canada in someway or another. I joined the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves with the Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada in 2007. I start rowing at the same time and when I realized that I could represent Canada in another way I took the opportunity.

Favourite World Cup location?
My favourite place I have raced at is Lucerne, Switzerland. Most places I go, we are out in the country because that is where at 2000m body of water is found but Lucerne the race course is right in the city.
