Favourite Sports Memory: My favorite sports memory is when I got my spot into X Games for the first time.
How you got involved in your sport: Growing up I was always a skier, then I started to get into the freestyle scene when I saw local hero’s like TJ Schiller and Justin Dorey shredding and competing in X Games and it really inspired me!
The moment you knew you wanted to represent Canada: The moment I knew I wanted to represent Canada is when Canada decided to put me on their National Team for Slopestyle Skiing!

Share one valuable tool that you use on a daily basis that helps you to be the best athlete you can be: I always try and stay positive no matter what; even if the weather or the jumps are not so good I keep a good vibe and don’t think negative. When you are positive you are more likely to achieve what you want to.
Who is one person in your life that has impacted your career and what was it that they taught you: My dad has definitely been the biggest impact. He has coached me through the good times and bad and together we have learned many valuable lessons that have helped me along the way.
Have you read any articles or books or watched any videos or movies recently that really inspired you: I actually watched a documentary called the Birth of Big Air with pro BMXer Matt Hoffman. It inspired me because of his attitude towards his sport. He pushed the limits way beyond his time and that is why he became the best in the world. It made me think about things differently a little and made me think that I should continue pushing myself harder and harder!
Fun Facts: I really enjoy trampoline, it’s definitely my main hobby. Also I am pretty good at writing poems hahah, which is a bit unusual. My favorite recipe is definitely Mexican Lasagna it is the best!
