Favorite Sports Memory:
To date, it would have to be my first World Cup competition in Chamonix, France. I wasn’t expecting much, but was so relaxed and confident that I was able to ski well enough to have what is still one of my best races to date. The thrill and excitement of the moment made all the years of hard work and struggles worth it. My best memory I’ll tell you shortly. It’s coming in the near future!

Fun Facts:
Surprise, my favourite pastime other than my sport… other sports. My top two are golf and surfing. There is nothing more relaxing and peaceful to me than feeling natures power of a wave, or walking up a beautiful fairway after a long drive. It’s my way of unwinding from being around a super intense atmosphere of racing and competitors year round. One time when I was out surfing waiting for a set to come in I felt a slimy object brush against my leg. For a few seconds I was thinking: “Shark! Shark!, Why did I take up such a dangerous pastime? Isn’t skiing bad enough!” To my relief it was just a seal playing in the surf. fewwff!
