Share one valuable tool that you use on a daily basis that helps you to be the best athlete you can be: Train smart! If you doubt something in your training, speak with your coach first.
Who is one person in your life that has impacted your career and what was it that they taught you? My parents have impacted my career the most because they pushed me everyday right from when I started racewalking until now. They taught me to never give up and that if you work hard enough that you can achieve anything you want.
