It is fine to celebrate the good things in life, but make sure you have done the right work in advance to get there, treating everyone the way you would have liked to have treated along the way.
Biggest lesson you have learned to get to where you are today?
Knowing the right time to stand your ground and the right time to be gracious
and be flexible.
