Who is one person who has significantly impacted your life/journey?
Dr. Adam Kirton. When I was a teenager his insight and research into cerebral palsy helped build and improve my own self confidence. My own perspective on the disability changed, as I saw how rewarding the improved independence I had when I was focused and patient on performing tasks with my affected side.

Remember to breathe, and trust the process
Best advice you have received?
To stay focused in the present moment, because it is not productive to stress over “what if” scenarios. You can only control your actions and must have confidence in your ability to respond to events as they unfold.
Biggest lesson you have learned to get to where you are today?
Trust the process even when it doesn’t seem like its working. Patience and discipline are a recipe for success.
