How many hours do you workout/train/compete on average each day and how many days per week?
2-4 hours/day 5-6 days/week for a total of around 20-24 hours/week

How does being a CAN Fund recipient make a difference for you
It allows me to walk onto the field each day and focus on my training and getting better. As a team we are struggling for funding so there is a lot of time, work, and effort put into that off the field, but this allows me to continue working for the team and not be as worried about my personal finances. The funding will help me get to upcoming Olympic qualification tournaments which I would have to pay for. CAN Fund is literally getting me to the important events which lead to me reaching my dream of representing Canada at the Games.

Biggest lesson you have learned to get to where you are today?
You can’t control everything, but you can control your attitude and how you choose to respond to situations.

What is your favourite book?
Aleph – Paulo Coehlo

What is the best part about representing Canada?
Having the opportunity to be ambassadors for our country and represent it in a way which I think will make Canada proud. Also having the opportunity to inspire youth to strive to do the same.
