Favourite Sports Memory: I have so many great memories, but I do cherish the fun “adventure skis” I would do with the Yukon Ski Team around the single track trails in Whitehorse.
How you got involved in your sport: I got involved in skiing with my family around the trails in Whitehorse, and then I joined the Jackrabbits program at 5 years old.
The moment you knew you wanted to represent Canada: I’ve always loved watching the Olympics, and I was so inspired by Beckie Scott’s performance in Salt Lake City in 2002.

Share one valuable tool that you use on a daily basis that helps you to be the best athlete you can be: I remind myself to enjoy the process every day, the good days and bad days.
Who is one person in your life that has impacted your career and what was it that they taught you: My parents have been so supportive throughout my life. They literally taught me how to ski, which wasn’t an easy task! They also taught me to work hard, and be persistent.
Fun Facts: I grew up doing competitive gymnastics until age 14, I loved the sport and have so many great memories from gymnastics. I also play the violin, love to cook, and am enrolled in a psychology program at Athabasca University.
