How you got involved in your sport: I was recruited from the University of Saskatchewan Huskies football.
The moment you knew you wanted to represent Canada: Ever since I was young I’ve loved watching and cheering for Canada in international events especially hockey.

Who is one person in your life that has impacted your career and what was it that they taught you: My wife Krysta is the sweetest and most dedicated person I know and the way she not only puts up with, but supports my crazy career is the reason I can compete.
