How does being a CAN Fund Recipient make a difference for you?
There is an incredible financial burden associated with sport. The amount of money an individual has greatly determines what type of food they will buy and how much. What type of physical therapy treatment and how many times / week. Where will they live and how much rent can be afforded. Where and with who will I train with and can I afford either or both of those options. Lastly, what type of equipment will I buy and how often can I replace it. CAN Fund has helped alleviate the crushing stress associated with debt.
What are your words to live by or your motto?
Be willing to do things that are true to yourself and only help those around you. Do not be afraid of persecution. Have courage to stand for what you believe in. Be relentless in the pursuit of your goals.
What is your favourite thing about being on the road with your teammates?
The great laughs we get from some of the most miserable situations. The bond those situations create and the pride of competing together.

I am a massive fan of Game of Thrones
