Ski Cross racer Brady Leman was set to make his Olympic debut in Vancouver 2010, the day before competition he broke his leg in a training run – a devastating end to his Games. 4 years later in Sochi 2014 it was more heartbreak as he finished in 4th narrowly missing the Olympic podium. But they say third time’s a charm and in 2018 PyeongChang Brady would finally have his moment and stand atop the Olympic podium. He became the first male ski cross racer for Canada to win an Olympic medal – Gold by 0.19 seconds.
